iPowerWeb Customer Support Services
1. Email Support - iPowerWeb has a very good and responsive email support system. Every email sent out will receive a reply. They can provide you with any information you need and any support you require. Send an email to support@ipowerweb.com for technical support or sales@ipowerweb.com for sales related questions. If you don't know what to ask, type in 'Why is your plan so cheap?' to see how they reply :-)

2. Knowledge Base - They have compiled a large searchable database for answers to many commonly asked questions and solutions to problems. Unlike a normal FAQ style help center, you will not need to find the questions and answers by scrolling the screen. You just need to type some simple keywords and the search will return the relevant questions and answers! We have used it to find information on setting up sub-domains and domain pointers. A simple search with the keyword 'domain' returns the answer we needed.

3. Flash Tutorials - They provide 49 interactive flash tutorials. You learn by watching a movie showing you 'how to do it', instead of reading boring text files. They have many tutorials such as how to use your FTP software to upload your web site, working with FrontPage, website control panel, MySQL database and more. Tips: You can watch all of them even you are not their customer.

iPowerWeb Servers
In comparison to the rest of the web hosting companies, Ipowerweb’s servers seem to be above average. We had several web hosting accounts with Ipowerweb, and generally their server would always remain up. Throughout our year of testing their services, their server has been down only for about half an hour, which is excellent compared to other hosts.

iPowerWeb Review of Control Panel
iPowerWeb has just launched a new control Panel. We have had a look at it and it is excellent. It is much better than Cpanel5 which most web hosting providers use (and iPowerWeb used to use). It is very well layed out and it is extremely simple to use. Also iPowerWeb has introduced a new package for statistics called "Advanced Web Statistics 5.4". This again far outdoes the old Webalizer. We are extremely impressed with iPowerWeb's upgrades and this is proof that they are continually striving to improve their services to clients.
